youFAST does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. All information you enter into the app — including fasting history, food logs, body measurements, and health data — is stored exclusively on your device.
youFAST can read health data from Apple Health (such as steps, heart rate, VO2 max, and weight) with your permission. This data is displayed within the app only and is never transmitted to any server or third party.
youFAST does not require you to create an account. There is no sign-in, no backend server, and no user database.
youFAST does not include any analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs. No usage data is collected or transmitted.
